On August 19, 2015, the Sierra Providence Health Network became the Hospitals of Providence; a comprehensive healthcare network in El Paso, TX. Our network includes highly
trusted hospitals in the Southwest region, —Providence Memorial Hospital (now Memorial Campus), Sierra Medical Center (now Sierra Campus), Sierra Providence East Medical Center (now East Campus) and Providence Children’s Hospital.
We aren’t just changing our name; we are changing the experience you have when you visit us. We focus on you, your life, your health and your aspirations and personalize your visit for your comfort. We are reinventing the way we care for you by
focusing on more than diagnosis and treatment, but also ultimate in preventative care.
It will take time to change the signs on every building to reflect our new name. We ask you to take this journey with us into the next generation of health care. You are the reason why we are embarking on this exciting journey of excellence

Why is the Sierra Providence Health Network now The Hospitals of Providence?
After five decades or providing the El Paso and Southwest regions with exceptional medical care, it
is time to represent our healthcare organization as a unified and comprehensive healthcare provider. This new name represents a unified approach to healthcare and the compassionate, personalized care our staff delivers at our hospitals and outpatient
centers.
What have we changed?
We have changed our brand logo, facility names, website and main phone number and renewed our commitment of moving health forward. Below you will find our new contact
phone number, website address and list of names of the former and new names of our facilities.

Was the Sierra Providence Health Network acquired by a new company and thus the change to The
Hospitals of Providence?
No. The Hospitals of Providence remains under Tenet, our parent company since 1995.
Why did you decide to change your name now?
After more than 50 years of incredible accomplishments and milestones for the betterment of the health of
the El Paso Region, we are embarking on our next chapter as we continue to focus on our mission of moving
health forward. We recognized that there was an opportunity to ensure that our overall brand positioning as
well as our look and feel our brand, reflected the broad portfolio of health services we offer to the El Paso
and Southwest community.
What are you changing?
Our colors are changing and so is our logo. Our commitment to moving health forward remains. We have a
new look on the outside, but in our heart, we will always be the same highly compassionate healthcare
provider you have come to trust over the years.

All telephone numbers will remain the same except for our centralized telephone number. Our new network
