Childbirth Preparation Class - IN PERSON - THOP Memorial

Participants should begin classes during the sixth month of pregnancy. Preparation for the birth experience with explanations on relaxation, the role of the support person/father, processes and procedures during labor and birth. Cesarean birth information is included.

The childbirth classes are a 2-part series and the instructor teaches something different during each session. To get the complete course, you have to attend both classes, the 1st Saturday of the month (part 1) and the 2nd Saturday of the month (part 2). Once you register for part 1, you are automatically registered for part 2. Please attend both classes to complete the course.

Please arrive 10 min before the first class.

Please only enroll yourself. You may bring a guest with you to the tour.
