Scholarships 


The Hospitals of Providence Volunteer Program acknowledges the importance of secondary education. For that reason, our volunteers raise funds throughout the year to fund scholarships that are open to any member of the community who is pursuing a medical degree in the El Paso area or beyond.

The Memorial Campus scholarship is open to students working toward a health related undergraduate degree at a local university (i.e., El Paso Community College, The University of Texas at El Paso) including New Mexico State University (NMSU). Graduate degree program applicants may apply each year, but are limited to receive this scholarship for three years only.

The Sierra Campus scholarship is open to students working toward a health related undergraduate degree at any university or college in the United States. Graduate degree program applicants may apply each year, but are limited to receive this scholarship for three years only.

The East Campus scholarship is open to students working toward a health related undergraduate degree at any university or college in the United States.  Graduate degree program applicants may apply each year, but are limited to receive this scholarship for three years only.
