Liver Transplant Surgeon joins The Hospitals of Providence to address critical need in El Paso
Aug 29, 2018El Paso, Texas, August 29, 2018 – The Hospitals of Providence welcomes Fellowship-trained liver transplant surgeon in El Paso, Dr. Aleksandr A. Reznichenko, M.D., Ph.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Aleksandr A. Reznichenko, Hepatobiliary and Transplant Surgeon, joins The Hospitals of Providence to lead the Liver Disease and Transplant Program at the Memorial Campus. Dr. Reznichenko is a Board Certified Surgeon with over 20 years of surgical experience. Most recently, he completed his Transplant Surgery Fellowship at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Division of Transplantation – Department of Surgery. He is a graduate of Russian State Medical University and Pavlov First Saint Petersburg State Medical University. Dr. Reznichenko is also an Assistant Professor of Surgery with the Department of Surgery, Loma Linda University, California. Dr. Reznichenko joins Dr. Ruben Ramirez-Vega, Gastroenterologist/Hepatologist with specialized training in Transplant Hepatology, to lead the Liver Transplant Program at Memorial Campus.
