The Hospitals of Providence names Transmountain Campus CEO

Tasha Hopper to serve as Chief Executive Officer

El Paso, Texas — The Hospitals of Providence Transmoutain Campus appoints Tasha Hopper, MSN, RN, NE-BC, as Chief Executive Officer.

Tasha joined The Hospitals of Providence in 1998 and has served in several capacities to include Assistant CNO and Interim COO for Memorial Campus and Associate Administrator for Transmountain Campus. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer for Transmountain Campus and oversaw construction for the new teaching hospital that opened in January 2017. The first employee for the Transmountain Campus, Tasha has been an integral leader of the unique collaboration between Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and The Hospitals of Providence to strategically integrate the hospital with a teaching program and improve access to physicians in the El Paso community. Tasha holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso.
