Transmountain Governing Board Chair Appointed as Chairman of the Board of Regents for Texas Tech University System

We are pleased to announce that Transmountain Campus Governing Board Chair Rick Francis was elected last month to a two-year term as chairman of the Texas Tech University System board of regents.

In addition to serving as Governing Board Chair at Transmountain Campus, Rick serves as a board member for Sierra and Memorial Campuses. Rick is also chairman of WestStar Bank in El Paso, and board member for Western Refining and the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
