Adnexal tumors

Bartholin's cysts

This type of cyst occurs when the duct of the Bartholin's gland becomes blocked, resulting in the development of a fluid-filled cyst. Cervical dysplasia

This condition is the abnormal growth of cells on the cervix's surface. Endometriosis

Incompetent cervix

Ovarian cysts

Struma ovarii

This condition is a rare ovarian tumor characterized by the presence of thyroid tissue, which comprises more than 50% of the overall mass of the tumor.
