Linda Troncoso is the Present of TRE & Associates, LLC, a civil engineering firm with offices in El Paso and Austin, Texas. Ms. Troncoso provides project management services for numerous municipal and land development projects. As a passionate community member, she sat on the the City of El Paso’s Ordinance Committee for the 2008 adoption of the SmartCode, and in 2010 she participated on the Advisory Committee for Plan El Paso. She is also currently a member of the City of El Paso’s Zoning Board of Adjustments. Ms. Troncoso is a proud University of Texas at El Paso graduate, where she obtained both, a Bachelor and Master Degree in Engineering and has been practicing for 18 years.
