Alma Terrazas serves as the Market Compliance and Privacy Officer for THOP. Terrazas joined the Tenet team in 1998 and has served in various roles to include Administrative Director of Contracts Compliance Department and Hospital Compliance Officer.   She was instrumental in the implementation of the contract and legal compliance program which has been recognized as an audit services best   practice in the company.  Terrazas provides monitoring of compliance requirements and audits internal controls and policies and procedures to include Federal, State and Regulatory requirements.  She received her Master of Business Administration Degree in Healthcare Management from University of Phoenix in Santa Teresa, NM.
