Frank Spencer III is a proud West Texan driven by family, leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Sociology, he honed his discipline and leadership skills at the New Mexico Military Institute. In 2006, he acquired Aztec Contractors, transforming it into a multi-million-dollar, award-winning company. Frank now gives back through leadership roles on numerous boards, including the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the ASPEN Institute. He enjoys spending time with family, hunting, hiking, and staying active in his free time.
