Michael Guerra is the Vice President of Guerra Investment Advisors, a Registered Investment Advisor firm specializing in personalized portfolio and investment management for individuals, organizations, and institutions. Previously, he served as Chief Lobbyist and Vice President of Government Relations and Armed Forces for the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce, where he played a key role in advocating for pro-El Paso policies and the expansion of Ft. Bliss, TX.

Michael has also led nationally recognized workforce development programs in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Labor, Johns Hopkins University, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. His community involvement includes serving as a Founding Director and former President of Progress321, a board member of the Sun Bowl Association, and a leader in local youth programs.

He has been honored with multiple awards, including El Paso’s Breakthrough Leader Award and the U.S. Army’s St. Barbara’s Distinguished Civilian Award. A proud El Pasoan, Michael holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico and an MBA from the University of Texas at El Paso.
