Christian Perez Giese is the Executive Vice President and Director at CBRE, Inc., based in El Paso, Texas. He leads the firm’s office in El Paso, Cd. Juarez, Mexico, and South Texas (McAllen, Laredo, and Brownsville). With over 22 years of experience in industrial and commercial real estate, Mr. Perez Giese has built a successful career working primarily along the U.S.-Mexico border. His clients include global manufacturing firms and institutional investors with a presence in both the U.S. and Mexico. His extensive cross-border experience gives him a unique perspective on the regional economy and the factors influencing the industrial market in El Paso and Cd. Juarez.

In addition to his professional role, Mr. Perez Giese is actively involved in his community. He serves as a governing board member for The Hospitals of Providence's Memorial and Sierra campuses, the Medical Center of the America’s Realty board, and the WestStar Title board in El Paso. He also contributed to El Paso Mayor Dee Margo’s COVID-19 recovery task force, among other community initiatives.

Mr. Perez Giese holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy with a minor in Public Policy from The University of California, Berkeley. He joined the El Paso Branch board in 2024.
