Scott Walker joined MIMCO in 2006, and quickly established himself as a leader within MIMCO’s leasing department. Mr. Scott became an owner in MIMCO in 2019 and promoted to the role of President in 2020. Most importantly, Mr. Scott is the driving force behind MIMCO’s new growth vehicle: AP Growth Properties, L.P.

Outside of MIMCO, Mr. Scott is involved in several other real estate partnerships and businesses focusing on the revitalization of Downtown El Paso and Santa Teresa, New Mexico. Mr. Scott has served on The Center for Children Board and The El Paso Youth Tennis Center Board and currently sits on the board with WestStar Title.

Mr. Scott graduated in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
