This office has the best wait time in that it is almost none. I don't know the exact amount of time I waited in lobby and in exam room but it was so minimal I noticed it. I was back in my office within an hour of leaving it and while my office is in building next door, that still says a lot! Thank you for being considerate of your patient's time as many of us have to miss work to make the appointment.

Because I am self-employed, all my medical needs are out of pocket. When I was told how much I owed for my appointment to see the doctor, I was shocked at the price increase! I had brought enough cash like Dr. DeSantos used to charge so I didn't have enough money. Reluctantly, I gave my credit card for the balance. The staff member told me the price increase was because Dr. DeSantos had joined the Providence Physician Partners. I paid $269.60 to see the doctor for my annual exam and if I was on insurance, my charge would have been $337.00. Your prices are very high, in my opinion.

I love Dr. DeSantos! She is so kind and has such a calming presence. About 9 months ago I had a miscarriage that ended up being a little traumatic and ongoing, but Dr. DeSantos truly made the whole process SO much better. It would have been a lot hard for me emotionally and physically if I didnt have such an amazing doctor, like Dr. DeSantos.
