Dr. Misenheimer is VERY thorough - which is probably why is wait times are so long. His bedside manner is matter of fact and he has a good rapport with his patients. I have been working with him for three years - largely because he recommended I DO NOT do surgery as long as my condition is manageable. I don't feel he is in it for the money or glory of surgery - he genuinely cares and listens.

When I first start going to my see this doctor I use to have to wait two to three hours. Because of their adjusting of change in in their scheduling the wait is much quicker and comfortable. My doctor continues helping me with my therapy. His assistant Debbie, is awesome.

This was my first visit. I was impressed with Dr. Gregory Misenhimer. I just moved to El Paso From Abilene, TX. I had all my x-rays/data from Dr. in Abilene. Previous orthopedic doctors have explained there is nothing they can do to ease the pain as I am 80 yrs old and what I need is a Rod/screws surgery of my back and with my medical/age I wouldn't be a good candidate.l Dr. Misenhimer was so kind to explain my x-rays to me (no other dr has done this) and he said I cannot help you with your back but I will get you help. Dr. Misenhimer wrote a referral to Dr. Jose Villarreal, pain management doctor. I received an appt with Dr. Villarreal in 2 days & he can help me to decrease my pain. I think Dr. Misenhimer is the best in town and am so glad that I went to him for my surgery. His staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have no complaints.

Dr. Misenhimer was outstanding. He doesn't sugarcoat anything and speaks freely about your concerns. He speaks to the patient and explains in detail to make the patient comfortable and is easy to understand rather than using medical terminology that is unknown to patient. I cannot day enough about how happy I am with this Dr. He was extremely helpful and patient with me. Took the time to explain the medications to me and how to take them. He spoke to me about my job duties and what restrictions I would have and why.
