I have always preferred a tactful approach to a medical dilemma without an attempt to, with a lack of wording "beat around the bush" on the obvious. He Is not overly curt in his diagnosis but allows the facts to be disclosed to the patient. However, his true comment from a patient would be best described in his skills. Dr. Paul Arellano is an excellent surgeon that accomplished all he claimed he would. Not only was my surgery performed with success; it was accomplished with comfort to the patient at a perfect healing rate from the time of recovery to home health. I have completely recovered from my surgery and thank Dr. Paul Arellano for his time and appreciation in making my life without the additional pain of my hernia. Thank you

While the doctor was very thorough, he spent very little time with me. Maybe this was because there really was no need to spend any more time than he did. In other words, he found out what he needed to know for the up-coming procedure, and that was all that was necessary.
