Very professional from the two receptionist, the labs works personnel prior to my surgery, the nurse who got me ready for my surgery with a professional tone of voice that explained all in a very detailed way, to the anesthesiologist who Is very professional (Hector and his supervisor) who kept their positive energy and kept making me laugh, to the long hallway to get my surgery (all I saw was smiles and doctors with a very positive attitude), WHAT AN AMAZING TEAM; Dr. Luis and Dr. Richard Farnam are amazing and give us their full attention. After the surgery, Dr. Farnam gave all the needed Information to my husband and was always ready to answer our questions. Thank you all! You all are amazing!

I travel from Tennessee to El Paso to continue my care by Dr. Farnum after a complete prolapse over a year and a-half ago, upon recommendations after all else seemed hopeless with my TN Doctors. With his Immense expertise, caring and compassion, along with getting me thru a major surgery, I have gone from feeling like I was 90 and hopeless to a I imagined quality of life again at 70! This was my 6 month checkup after surgery, Dr. Farnum is the best along with his staff! There should be so many more like him spread across the US to avail more access to woman, caring, understanding, expertise and treatment, a Dr whom is a diamond in the rough! From the beginning, both Dr. F and Jennifer were honest about what would be done and how and why. I never felt like I was walking into a meat factory waiting to be slaughtered as I have at other ob-gyn locations. I am very greatful for Dr. Farnam and his staff. I would like to also highly say Thank you to the young lady doing her residency with Dr Farnham who took care of me in the room. Despite how disrespectful the assistant who came in after her treated her the residency student helder composure very well and take care of me.

Staff accommodated my request to stay in my vehicle until I they were ready for me. Everyone in the lobby waiting room was distanced and I didn't wait in there for very long at all.

Dr. Farnam has been my doctor for almost 8 years now. He takes good care of me and always has my best interest in mind. I trust him 100% and he always makes the visit as comfortable for me as he can. He is warm and kind and very thorough.
