The ladies in front were very professional and kind. Knew what they were doing. Dr Diaz-Pagan was excellent and explained the procedure needed very well. The xray tech was professional and thoughtful. The assistant who set up the surgery was great at making sure we knew what needed to be done administratively and the nurse who took Pt hx was very helpful.

Dr. Diaz Pagan exhibited the qualities all medical professionals should strive for. This was my first visit to see him as I was looking for a surgeon to preform a knee replacement. I did not Want to go back to the physician that performed my last knee surgery as he was rude, obnoxious and did not listen or show any concern. My previous negative experience did NOT take place at Dr. Diaz pagan's office. I do not want to name him, but he is a well known orthopedic dr in El Paso . After speaking with Dr Diaz Pagan, I decided to trust him with performing my surgery. He is very knowledgeable, caring and explained everything thoroughly.
