Ms. Lujan spoke to me in a manner that I could understand. I have hearing loss but she spoke loud enough to where I didn't need to ask her to repeat herself. I felt very comfortable with her. She explained to me what the treatment plan was and why. I am very happy with Ms. Lujan and will recommend her to family and friends.

My experience was good. The waiting time was not as bad as other times. I prefer early morning appointments to where I don't have to sit in the waiting room a long time. My visit was good and I appreciate the staff being friendly and patient, and Ms. Lujan, as she took her time with me and answered my questions and asked me questions as well. I have been going to Dr. Ramirez for a number of years and will continue to do so, as he always explains everything amd eases my mind, and makes me feel comfortable.
