About Peter Khalil
Dr. Peter Khalil brings nearly a decade of medical experience to Center of the Heart. Originally from Cairo, he is quadruple board-certified in internal medicine, cardiology, cardiac electrophysiology and echocardiography. As an electrophysiologist, Dr. Khalil specializes in arrhythmias, conduction disorders, A-fib, stroke prevention and monitoring, ablation procedures, and sudden cardiac death prevention. Dr. Khalil enjoys working collaboratively with patients, creating individualized treatment plans to promote their well-being and restore their heart's electrical function. He is most proud when these strong connections, based on good communication and trust, bring healing and improvement to his patients’ lives. Dr. Khalil enjoys outdoor activities, social gatherings, soccer, and boxing.

Dr. Khalil is excellent, when he comes in the room he dosen't rush in then out. These kind of doctors are what I call swing door doctors. I have had to many of those. Dr Khalil explains what procedure I having and explaine what it will entails. I really appreciate how he treats me and my husband. Also how he answers our questions and cares about my whole body not just my heart. I really care for the doctor's at the heart institute! I give them all a A+.

Everyone of Dr. Khalil's staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm very happy with Dr. Khalil as my Cardio Electrophysiologist as well. I like his attentive bedside manner, and he always answers my questions. HIs explanations are easy to understand. I'm also very pleased to be seen at his Cliff location & not have to drive clear across town to the east side office.

Dr Kilkle(sp)an electrophysiologist, is a very good listener. He didn't miss anything I said. Since this was the first visit I felt the need to provide a lot of background info. He explained my choices and the pros and cons for each choice. I felt very comfortable with him and left feeling I was in good hands.
