Dr. Tariq Siddiqui is a highly respected Interventional cardiologist with over two decades of experience in minimally invasive interventions for complex and high-risk cardiovascular conditions. His forte is developing programs and collaborating with other specialties. Dr. Siddiqui is well-known for his expertise in both structural and endovascular procedures. For over 14 years, he has aimed to utilize his extensive knowledge for the benefit of his patients and the surrounding El Paso communities. Dr. Siddiqui has traveled extensively throughout his career to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his field. He has held several leadership positions, including his most recent roles as the Director of Coronary and Peripheral Interventional Cardiology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and as the Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at the University Medical Center of El Paso. Dr. Siddiqui’s philosophy of care is focused on personalized care. I met Dr. Siddiqui while I was in the ICU at THOP Transmountain, he rounded on me throughout my duration. It's imperative that I build a good rapport with my medical team and Dr. Siddiqui was exactly the cardiologist I needed, he was God sent. I love his enthusiasm, energy and I'm blown away by his bedside manner not to mention this man is all brains!! Exactly what El Paso needs!! He is such a caring soul. My husband was very impressed by him that he plans on becoming his patient at a later date.
