Dr. Robert Asgharian grew up in Austin, TX. He is board-certified in both Obstetrics/Gynecology and Urogynecology (Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery). During his years of practice, Dr. Asgharian has performed thousands of incontinence surgeries, robotic surgeries, laparoscopic/minimally invasive surgeries and surgeries for pelvic prolapse. Additionally, he has treated advanced urogynecological conditions such as fistulas, fecal incontinence, diverticuli and mesh complications. He has trained both gynecologists and urologists locally and on a national level in advanced gynecological surgery, surgical treatment of incontinence and pelvic prolapse. In addition, he has served as a surgical industry consultant and an advanced trainer for various companies.
