I liked they're always kind, through, professional but above all Dr Ledford is so experienced, capable, knowable and I never have feel odd or misunderstood or misjudged with her at all as it has happened to me at other facilities with other doctors, all the contrary, Dr Ledford is super sharp on every way yet she always makes sure the patient feels welcome, seeing and comfortable. Doctor was calming, attentive, explained diagnosis so I could understand what had happen to my hand. She thoroughly reviewed my hand and wrist X-rays. Within 36 hrs after my office visit I was without pain, as she gave me an injection AND exercise which improved my tendon strength. I return in 4 months for evaluation, but feel I will be able to avoid surgery as long as I continue exercise she gave me for my 'trigger' thumb.

There were no real delays, got xrays and gave info to entry personnel and waited to see Dr. Ledford in the exam room.Then got what I came for (a shot) to relieve pain in my shoulder because my PCP doctor does not give this kind of injection.If was quick and without pain, the numbing spray really works good.

Within 5 minutes of arrival, I was taken to X-ray where I had a short wait as there were 2 patients before me. Upon completion of the X-rays I was escorted to an exam room. Within a short time, probably less than 5 minutes, a nurse came in to complete my patient intake info. Shortly after she left, the doctor came in. She listened attentively to my complaints while examining my hand and wrist. She explained the diagnoses very thoroughly as well as the options for treatment. I opted for injections as the least invasive, initial treatment. In 2 or 3 minutes she and the nurse returned, the injections were administered, and I was on my was to th check out desk. I believe the total time of my visit was just over an hour.

FYI: The staff assistant warned me that the stirrup ankle brace, prescribed by the doctor, was not always in stock at Hanger Clinic (the recommended provider), so we telephoned McCrory's Pharmacy who had it in stock and delivered it the next day.

on my preop visit on friday 18th, staff left the patient list open on the computer. We were able to see the entire list of patients being seen that day and what they were there for. the screen never closed and we were alone in the room for an hour.
