I was taken in before having time to sit and wait. I was told what to do first and shown the way to area for urine sample and given instructions where to leave it and which room to go to . Immediamtly the company assistant identified herself with a warm greeting and began our meeting. She listened to me and answered my questions befor sugesting what she could do And I agreed, she made ajustment to my devise and I will return in two weeks to see how it is working . Very smooth and good visit .

Starting from check in, the staff is very courteous and welcoming. The intake nurse is usually quick and gets you settled to be seen by the Dr. When the doctor steps in, she is very thorough and takes her time. She's very detailed and treats you as if "you're the only patient" and you're of utmost importance. I'm very pleased with their services.

I called for an appointment Monday morning , staff let me know there was nothing till November with ms Castro. I sent a message to medical staff on the patient portal asking if they could at least send me some medication. I could not wait till November. Couple minutes later after I sent my message I get a call from the office, they offered me an appointment with another nurse practitioner. She was super nice and was able to treat me right away! Really appreciate the Dr trying to get me in on their busy schedule.
