Dr. Hanbali explained the specifics of my issues in a way no one else had. Instead of giving me no choice but a major surgical procedure, he discussed the different options based on my age and specific needs. He also came up with a solution of being able to do a less invasive procedure with equal benefit. He helped me focus on what was truly the most bothersome for me and impactful on my quality of life. He is amazing!!

My appointment was actually for earlier that day, and several days before that, I was contacted letting me know that there was a change in Dr. Hanbali's schedule and they told me he would be starting clinic later. They then gave me an appointment for 2 hours later than originally scheduled. I so appreciated that as opposed to most offices that just make you wait! I hardly had to wait at all.

Dr. Hanbali really took the time needed for him to review my CT scan, with me by his side, so we could go over it together. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. He truly listened to me and because of the extra time he took, I completely understand now what exactly will be involved. We scheduled our next follow-up to go over the new CT scan I need to have and also set up the date of surgery. He's an excellent doctor whom I completely trust!
