Dr. Monica Jordan is a compassionate surgeon specializing in the latest procedures for breast cancer and diseases. She treats both male and female patients for breast cancer, breast lesions, benign tumors, hernia repair, and cholecystectomy. Dr. Jordan is fellowship-trained in breast surgery and a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons. She strives to provide the highest level of care to all patients and offers oncoplastic breast surgery as one of the most effective treatment options for breast cancer. Dr. Jordan is most proud when she can help her patients experience less discomfort and improve patient outcomes in and around her El Paso community. Once I was finally able to get an appointment, I was taken into the exam room and given instructions on putting on medical gown by a very nice medical assistant. I had given the receptionist my records on the date I was given appointment, but there was a problem finding all my records on their medical info screens, But the medical assistant said she would find them . Dr Jordan came in within ten minutes and was very kind, informative, and professional.

Doctor Jordan was excellent in explaining on how to make sure to keep my regular exams for my breast exams and that Dr Leyva would give me my referral to get my mammogram. If the result came out ok then great. If not I would need to see Dr. Jordan. She also gave me the referral for a new PAC for routine gynecological exam. . I would continue seeing my Primary Dr Leyva and he would give me my Breast Exam referral for lab work.

Both the nurse and the Dr were extremely helpful, took their time in explaining the information and answering questions. My daughter had two biopsies and both the nurse and Dr were extremely helpful in walking her thru the process and making her feel safe and not rushing her through it. They were very compassionate in reassuring her thru the process. Dr Jordan was also very quick with the follow up as she new the stress we were enduring thru this process and took the time to call us herself with the results.
