Dr Clapp has shown great care in helping with my recovery and great skill in the surgery itself because my physical recovery was actually very fast. I did have difficulty after Day 10 with being able to keep down food, and Dr. Clapp Was able to see me as a walk-in to not only discuss the situation, but was ready to do a laparoscopy if needed. We were able to discuss that my weakness was due to a lack of intake of calories because I thought I was getting more calories than what I was getting until he went over my diet with me. I just started growing in strength and energy today enough to perform Daily functions without needing a two hour nap in the afternoon. Dr. Clapp has made me feel very cared for and very safe. He has listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions and has been an outstanding surgeon and doctor.

The staff Is very professional. The office was luxurious and empty, which is a plus for waiting patients. Most acknowledge an overbooked waiting room as greed; however, this case proved to cater scheduling to a patient's needs. Dr. Benjamin Clapp most definitely provides the patient's individual attention, needs, and addresses all questions and concerns. Bravo to the office's cleanliness, professional demeanor, and prompt attention.
