My discharge appointment was scheduled for me by the receptionist. The nurse takes over once the patient is called in from the waiting area. After about 10 to 15 min of wait the Dr S. Hernanez makes her way Into the examening room in her cheerful manner. She's wonderful! She is meticulous and clear when explaining either a surgery process or about any concerns she's approached with during the consultation. She is very pleasant!

I was very impressed with Dr. Hernandez. She is very thorough. She detected a bladder infexction that other doctors missed. Using a catheter instead of just a urine sample. I have never had a doctor like Dr. Sandra Hernandez. On Thanksgiving Day, the day after my surgery, she came to my room, sat down with a coffee in hand, and talked to me. She explained what had happened in surgery. She helped me to understand what was going to happen as my body began to heal and what to expect. Amazing doctor!

There were no delays. The whole experience flowed smoothly as I expected and what I liked the most was the charisma of the nurse and Dr which made me feel at ease. They demonstrated genuine concern over my problems. Dr. Listened to what I needed to explain without interrupting me and then she was very friendly and caring as she explained what I needed to know. I walked away from there totally satisfied with the care given to me.
