She explained my condition and provided me with information about the status of my condition that I had not received before from the other practitioner. She patiently waited and helped me retrieve information from my outside patient portal that was very important to me that she was aware of. And she answered my questions completely, gave me recommendations for lifestyle adjustments, and discussed the plan of care with me. I am relieved and so grateful to have her managing my condition.
