He called me on the day of appointment to make sure I has had the correct address since Dr. Tulachan had moved to the new address very recently. Larissa/Clarissa ( sorry for the name) gave me my discharge orders and she was very thorough and made sure I understood what my instructions were and walked me to the exit to make sure I did not get lost in the maze of hallways that the office has. I feel that Dr Tulachan was very patient and takes his profession very seriously. He did not rush me even when I couldn't remember everything I wanted to tell him at once, he also saw me not long after I arrived even though I arrived a little late. Although my reason for seeing Dr Tulachan was for gastrointestinal problems he thoroughly reviewed my records and discussed my lab report about my liver enzymes being elevated and what he plans to do and referred me to and recommended that I call about a healthy liver program. Thank you Dr Tulachan and staff. I hope my further visits and procedures go just as well.
