Cynthia Martinez serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus and Providence Children's Hospital.  She joined The Hospitals of Providence in 2016 and has served in multiples HR leadership roles and most recently served as the Director of Human Resources for the Memorial Campus.  She has been instrumental in building employee engagement, managing and overseeing employee relations and reducing employee turnover. 

Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chicano Studies from the University of Minnesota.
