Chief Executive Officer, The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus and Providence Children's Hospital.

Victoria Gonzalez serves as the Chief Executive Officer for The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus and Providence Children's Hospital. She began her career with The Hospitals of Providence in 1995 as a Patient Relations/Customer Service Representative at the Sierra Campus. She has worked as a Financial Analyst, Decision Support Manager, and Controller at the East Campus. In 2013, Gonzalez was named the Director of Business Development/Associate Administrator at the East Campus. Realizing her passion was truly on the financial side of the business, Gonzalez moved back into finance, accepting the role of Chief Financial Officer at Sierra Campus. From there she transitioned into the Chief Financial Officer role at East Campus before accepting the role of Market Chief Financial Officer for The Hospitals of Providence. Victoria was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Memorial Campus and Providence Children's Hospital in June, 2026.

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting from the University of Phoenix and a Master in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University.
